The Icon of Sin would roam around in the city as the longer the Icon of sin is on Earth, he would create a black hole to suck the entire universe into hell itself for the Dark realm to consume it but later on the Doomslayer would confront the giant demon to were the two titans meet, but in the end after it, the Icon would be defeated by the hands of the Slayer who used the crucible to stab the Titan into its brain, removing the handle from the blade in which the Titan started to glow blue and was sealed, thus the hell invasion on Earth was no more. In Urdak the Icon was given Mayker armor to ensure it would be controlled and starting the ritual with the heart in place, but thankfully the Doomslayer arrived to interrupt the ritual and stabbed the heart with a small dagger given to the Betrayer, destroying it which caused the Icon of Sin to have a mind of its own, being free and went to a portal which lead to Earth. During the events of Doom Eternal after all three Hell Priests were killed, the Khan Mayker had no choice but to resurrect the Icon of Sin to devour Earth. Later the Icon of Sin would return in Doom 2016 as an Easter egg and shooting its head would spawn in a cube which contained a collectible inside and the Icon of Sin was given some lore, it was said that the Icon of Sin was the Betrayer’s son who apparently died, and wanting his son back to life, the Betrayer would make a deal with the demons and the Hell Priests to trap the sentinels, after that was done, his son would be resurrected alrighty, but Hell would resurrect his son into the Icon of Sin, one of the most powerful demons of hell, with only his beating heart remained.
